WHO I AM

A global brand builder with deep expertise in the LGBTQ+ market.

I believe enduring brands and effective leaders create value by bringing people and organizations together - anchored in cultural truisms.

Across 26 years at P&G, I worked in brand strategy, executive communications, reputation management and cultural partnerships in New York, Geneva, London and Cincinnati.

In 2018, I established P&G’s global LGBTQ+ brand-building practice, bringing business, entertainment, media, philanthropy and advocacy together to create platforms with significant reach and community impact.

Today I advise brand and business leaders, organizations and artists on where culture and the market are moving - and how to grow with them. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of Outright International.

“Companies may be more cautious about inclusive marketing, but the marketplace has not become less diverse. Cultural insight helps brands navigate today’s realities without losing sight of the consumers driving future growth.”

Brent Miller

WHAT I DO

A meaningful consumer segment with influence across the marketplace.

LGBTQ+ consumers represent an important market in their own right. Their influence also extends through allies, families, creators, employees and communities - shaping expectations across generations and the broader marketplace.

Companies often approach this audience through token representation, corporate social responsibility or reputational risk avoidance. That narrow framing can obscure a larger commercial opportunity: understanding unmet needs, building relevance and trust, inspiring innovation and creating lasting consumer value.

Organizations that understand and serve LGBTQ+ consumers more fully will be better equipped to grow with Gen Z and the marketplace taking shape around them.

WHAT I DO

Turn cultural insight into action.

01

Find the growth opportunity

Identify unmet needs, overlooked audiences and cultural shifts that can open new paths to relevance and growth.

02

Build the strategy and platform

Translate insight into brand strategy, communications, partnerships and signature programs that teams can activate and sustain.

03

Navigate complex decisions

Help leaders assess changing expectations, align stakeholders and move forward with clarity when opportunity and risk intersect.

APPROACH

Start where you are. Build for lasting value.

The right path to winning with LGBTQ+ consumers depends on the organization’s experience, brand relevance, existing trust and readiness to act. I adapt the work to the starting point while keeping the goal constant: deeper understanding translated into durable business value. Together, we evaluate where you are today so we can create a practical strategy and plan to drive sustained growth.

Discover

Size the opportunity and identify the right first move.

Build

Connect scattered efforts into one strategy with clear focus and growth potential.

Rebuild

Re-enter with substance, manage risk and restore credibility.

Accelerate

Turn earned trust into signature platforms and new paths to growth.

Across every starting point, the work moves from cultural insight to practical action - and into the ways teams operate over time.

Films

Award-winning films that illuminate the LGBTQ+ experience - and inspire a new generation of leaders.
